How it works...

It's this easy!

Step 1:

Go to the SIGN UP PAGE, and fill out the form provided on our website, and be sure to mark on the form whether you are signing up as a landlord, or a tenant. If you are a tenant, you will submit with your application a copy of your driver’s license to verify your address, and landlords, we will verify that you or your entity is titled to the property.

Step 2:

Someone from my office will contact you and send the necessary documentation to fill out, sign, and return to our office. Tenants will need their landlord's signature, and a VOR (verification of rent) form completed by the landlord. You will also be required to provide cancelled checks or money orders to verify payment, and a copy of your lease.

The information submitted monthly, by a landlord or tenant, is what will be reported. If the payment is late, it will be reported late, and if the payment is on time, it will be reported on time.

Step 3:

We will require a copy of your cancelled check, or money order that was used to pay the months rent, and an email from your landlord each month, in order to submit data to the credit bureau.
